Cancellation policy:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 14:00 the day before arrival.
Cancellations after 14:00 on the day before arrival as well as no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.
For trade fairs, reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations after that time and no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.
Groups and seminars from 20 persons:
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival free of charge
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival 40% of the room rate
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival 70 % of the room rate
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival 80 % of the room rate
Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival 90 % of the room rate
Cancellation within 7 days before arrival 100 % of the room rate
